$100 per hour for the first four hours and $90 for each additional hour.
This hourly rate is for work completed in a timely and efficient manner. Only drive time beyond 30 minutes from Porter, ME will be billed (1 hour away = 1 billable hour). A 2 hour minimum may incur. This rate is for service that can not accurately be estimated beforehand, though in any case rough estimates can be given. This is the rate at which smaller projects are estimated.
For larger projects you will receive a detailed written proposal of the scope of work and projected costs. Smaller projects are generally quoted within a range or with a "do not exceed" price. Every job big or small however will be explained in detail, giving as many available options before any work begins. Good communication is a must throughout any project.
